Charlita Joseph was a 50-year-old woman at the time of interview. She was born in Oxford, North Carolina in 1970. She was educated at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte where she earned a B.S. in Economics in 1993. She was employed as a senior case manager for Gallagher Bassett, an insurance company for a large hospitality company. Charlita Joseph shares her experience as a student at the University of Charlotte from 1989 to 1993.
