Biographical Note

Tom Warshauer, Community & Commerce Manager in the City’s Neighborhood & Business Services Department, has worked for the City of Charlotte for 20 years developing and managing programs to revitalize distressed neighborhoods and business districts. He is an architect with degrees from Rice University and M.I.T. He is also an active volunteer and board member for environmental, arts, social equity and LGBT organizations.
