Scope and Contents
The Hartigan’s Irish Pub and Restaurant Memorabilia collection consists of menus, posters, banners, a T shirt and a signed framed photograph.
Menus include one double folded main menu, one Pride Breakfast menu, one Special Events menu, and one Game Day menu. Other materials include: Hartigan's Pudding Wrestling Champion Summer 2009, first place trophy. (8" by 14" by 4.5"); a polo shirt with Hartigan's name and logo, signed photograph of waitresses including drag queen Buff Faye (Shane L. Windmeyer), titled "The Buff Faye Brunch and Show!!" Posters include two small posters advertising Hartigan's and one signed Sister Funk poster. Banners include two banners related to the 2012 Democratic National Convention, both welcoming delegates to Charlotte; one banner advertising Buff Faye's Drag Brunch.

Historical note
Originally opened in 1996, Hartigan’s was part dance club, part sports bar, part Irish pub and part restaurant. It attracted a diverse and unique clientele, with a mix of LGBT and straight ally patrons for lunches and dinners and women party-goers on the weekends. Hartigan's closed in 2014.
