Biographical Note

Dr. Robert Samuel Smith is the Director at the Center for Urban Research, Teaching and Outreach at Marquette University. Previously Smith was an Associate Professor of History and Associate Vice Chancellor Global Inclusion & Engagement at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and before that an Associate Professor of Africana Studies at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
