Scope and Contents
This collection includes periodicals, audiovisual materials, photographs from Logue's travels around the world, correspondence with friends and family and many of Logue's personal writnigs and short stories. There is also a large file on condo and real estate developments in the Charlotte area. Additionally, there are archives and transcripts of Logue's Book of Condos podcasts, which sought to help people find the perfect condo for them in Charlotte, as well as archived pages of Logue's websites, including The Real Estate Lady, Condo Can Do and At Home Charlotte. Finally, there is material in connection with a television character known as Sonic Man, created by Logue and featured on a local Charlotte station.
